This is a documentation library, not a tool: five Markdown parts covering architecture, 150 techniques rated by difficulty, a knowledge base guide, quick reference, and live examples. The author states security and governance details are intentionally omitted and calls it a shared project rather than a product. Reference implementations are linked in separate repos such as exo.
