A domain-specific subagent rather than a coding tool, pairing an agent definition with a dependency-free Python CLI (Python 3.9+) that also works standalone. Recipe files are not included apart from one example, so users must supply their own recipes in the documented frontmatter format. Example prompts and the bilingual table format are oriented toward French and Chinese speakers.
