Best for
- Delegating Claude Code subagent work to cheaper Anthropic- or OpenAI-compatible providers
- Mixing multiple model vendors in one multi-phase workflow with budget caps
- Running Agent Teams of mixed-provider teammates in tmux panes
- Running interactive Claude Code on a non-Anthropic provider via ccf run
Install
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ethanhq/cc-fleet/main/install.sh | sh
Our take
Each worker is a real claude process with its backend swapped to the chosen provider, leaving the main session's auth untouched; a TUI board tracks workflows, teams, and subagents with spend. Agent Teams require Claude Code 2.1.278 or later inside tmux or iTerm2 and do not support Windows yet. Also offers a Codex plugin, npm, and go install channels; Apache-2.0 licensed with 144 stars.
