Our take

The author has put the project in maintenance mode as of v1.8, noting that Claude Code's native /skill-doctor and /doctor now cover context-cost trimming; bug fixes are accepted but no new features are planned. Its remaining differentiators are heuristic security scanning, description-based duplicate detection, Codex support, and actually deleting broken symlinks, dead skill folders and MCP config entries (with .bak backups). Requires only Bash, Python 3 and curl.
