Part bundled content (about 20 hook scripts, 42 commands, many in-repo plugins) and part awesome-list linking to external repos, so quality and maintenance vary by entry. Actively updated, Apache-2.0 licensed, with manual clone and a curl install script also offered. Counts in the description and README differ slightly, and many in-repo plugins are short descriptions rather than established projects.
