Our take
Requires Claude Code 2.0.22+ and uses the AskUserQuestion tool to ask 1-6 questions only when a prompt is judged vague; clear prompts proceed without loading the skill. Built as a single Python engine driven by JSON nudge files, so new nudges can be added without code changes, and prompts can bypass evaluation with a * prefix. Actively maintained, MIT licensed, with marketplace, local plugin, and manual settings.json install options.
