Our take
Pairs a deterministic Python extractor with an agent-driven generator that produces SKILL.md, per-chapter files, a glossary, patterns, and a cheatsheet loaded on demand. Format support depends on optional extractors such as docling, pdftotext, ebooklib, or Calibre, and scanned PDFs need OCR first. The README claims 24x to 51x fewer tokens than dumping a book into context, with methodology documented in the repo.
