Our take

This is a translation of affaan-m/everything-claude-code, and the README's install commands point to the upstream repo rather than this one. Its value is the Chinese documentation. Upstream changes may not show up here right away. Rules have to be installed manually because Claude Code plugins cannot distribute them.
