Our take

This is a reference library, not a working application; the setup wizard copies the .claude/ directory into your project and runs 8 verification checks. Hooks are bash scripts, so Windows users need WSL2, and Node.js 18+ is required. Skill matching defaults to offline regex, with optional AI classification via Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or local Ollama.
