Best for
- Turning business SOPs into reusable, versioned agent skills
- Exporting workflow-built skills for use in Claude Code
- Exposing workflows as APIs for app builders like Lovable
- Running bots and webhooks for Slack or Lark/Feishu
Our take
Refly is a full self-hosted platform (Docker deployment per the docs, served at localhost:5700) with a hosted workspace option, not a lightweight CLI add-on. The README says Claude Code export is supported while Cursor export is marked coming soon, and it uses a custom ReflyAI License rather than a standard OSI license. It is actively maintained and has a sizable following, with a separate refly-skills registry repo.
